Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI)
£90 + VAT
We offer 6 weekly, 8, 10 and 12 weekly inspections on HGVs and PSV. These can be done whilst you wait or you can drop the vehicle off and leave it with us to be completed.
Whilst booking in advance is advised, we can normally get your vehicle in same day or week of you contacting us when the vehicle is due for it’s safety inspection. Our defect reports are completed on paper DVSA approved tachodisc pads and will be handed to the presenter upon completion of the PMI.
Roller Brake Tests & Multi-Checks
Starting from £55 + VAT
As part of your operators license and VOSA compliance conditions, operators are required to complete 4 ‘meaningful’ brake tests a year. Contact us to have a rolling road brake test completed on your vehicle with a print out with all of your brake performance values. The added benefit of this service is that we can spot any problems there and then before they seriously deteriorate.
We are able to offer multi-check services which include emissions / smoke testing inc print out, and also headlight alignment / pattern testing to ensure safety and MOT compliance.
HGV MOT Preparation & Presentation

We understand the impact of taking your vehicle off the road for its MOT, which is why we do all of the organising for you. We book the vehicle in for MOT appointment and then let you know a date to bring it in to us for prep work… It’s that simple!
From tyres and tachographs, to brakes, servicing and engine management lights. We go the extra mile to ensure your vehicle is up to MOT standards. Our staff will also take the vehicle to and from the test station for you before delivering it back to you upon completion of works.
